What's free, and what does Premium cost?
The first lessons are free to play and replay forever. Kancil Premium unlocks all levels and lessons โ it starts with a 7-day free trial, then a monthly or yearly subscription shown in your local currency in the app. You can play the free lessons for as long as you like without subscribing.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Kancil never bills you directly โ subscriptions are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Manage or cancel in your store account: on iPhone, Settings โ your name โ Subscriptions; on Android, Play Store โ profile โ Payments & subscriptions โ Subscriptions. If you cancel during the free trial (at least 24 hours before it ends) you won't be charged. There's also a "Manage subscription" link in the app's parent area.
I already paid โ how do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Open Kancil, reach the unlock screen, and tap "Restore purchase." Make sure you're signed in to the same Google or Apple account you bought it with. Because Kancil has no accounts of its own, your subscription travels with your store account, not a Kancil login.
I forgot the parent PIN. What now?
The PIN is stored only on your device and we can't look it up or reset it remotely (that's the point โ nothing leaves the phone). If you're locked out, the "Reset to scratch" flow on a fresh reinstall clears local data including the PIN. Note this also clears your child's progress, since progress lives on the device only. Email us if you get stuck.
How do I reset progress or start over?
In the parent area (๐ on the home screen) there's a "Reset to scratch" control that wipes all progress, coins, streak, screen-time history and the play log on that device โ back to a fresh install. This can't be undone. Deleting the app does the same thing.
